Exporting Products to PDF

This feature enables the users to create custom product data sheets in PDF format containing relevant information on a product selection presented in the language of their choice. It’s perfectly suited for rapidly producing polished materials such as catalogs, sales presentations, or technical documentation with a professional finish

Steps to Follow

1. Select the Products

From the interface, proceed with product selection to be exported to PDF

2. Define the PDF and Language

• File Name:  Assign a name to the PDF by filling up the designated File Name field.
• Document Language: Choose the language for the document to be generated in if multilanguage content is defined within the product data (e.g., Spanish or English). 

Select the Information to Display

• Product data is organized into different tabs.
• The user can choose which fields to include.
• Some fields will always be included by default:
  • Product Image
  • Category
  • Name
  • Product Reference
  • Attribute Set

Document customization

• If the company logo is saved in the company profile, it will automatically appear on the product sheets.
• Up to 60 fields can be included 
• The option to reorder the fields is available within the selection, taking into account that the main fields will be displayed by default on the upper part of the sheet

• The field search tool is available in the same tab

   

3. Generate the PDF

Once the PDF is configured, the system will:

• Automatically gather the configuration
• Generate the PDF in the background — no need to stay on the screen.
• Save the file to the cloud.

Once the PDF is generated, you’ll receive an automatic notification inside the platform bell button with a download link. The link will be available for 24 hours.

Additional Information and Limits

• Up to 250 products per PDF can be included
• Each account has an annual PDF generation limit.
• During the trial period, each account can generate up to 10 free PDFs
