October has brought some new features and improvements in our Workflows and connectors of the extended version of the Instant Catalog.
The edition groups now allow the combination of two or more workflows on elements of the same table. In this way, it will be possible to identify the different workflows created on the same table and select a sequence in the validation chain.
In order to organize a specific hierarchy you will have to indicate each edition group through the Dependencefield.
Through this parameter, you can indicate the team on which the next edition group depends and which enables it to start editing. The Dependencefield, by default, contains the groups applied to the same table since it is not possible to create dependencies between different tables (Products, Variants, etc.).
We also have news regarding our Instant Catalog connector. If you use the Extended version, you can now send the generated order requests to a specific FTP or SFTP, and collect them where you really need it. You will only have to put the URL with the route, the user, the password, and the port, as well as the fields that you want to export and their names.
