It is now possible to enrich product information descriptions using artificial intelligence with our ChatGPT integration.

Thanks to this functionality, Sales Layer can create or complete product description texts based on the information that the system can identify about the product.

In order to use it, only click on the new icon you will see in the field:

The system works as follows:

• its use in the current version is limited to the Product Description field.
• if the field is not filled in, it will create content from scratch based on the information it obtains from other fields.
• if the text already exists, depending on the quantity and quality of the text, it will enrich it.

Once the text has been generated, you have the option to apply, discard or re-generate a new one as shown in the following screenshot:

Translations and multi-language

The built-in AI system not only allows you to enrich texts, but also to work on translations. Thus, if we are working in a multi-language description field, the enrichment option will appear but within the translation editing mode that exists for each of the different languages.

In this case, the system takes the main language as a base and, depending on its content, will complete the rest following the rules described above (the more content, the richer the language).

Notes:

The version of OpenaAI included in this update is an initial version that will evolve in future releases.

By default, the platform offers 20 free trials. Once consumed, the user can add packs to their contract through the usual contact channels.
