This update introduces our new event-trigger framework for Agents, with real-time Agent automations, more flexible review options, and improved traceability inside the PIM.

Run on Changes execution

Agents can now react automatically when product data changes, starting with the creation of new products.

With the new Run on Changes execution type, Agents no longer depend only on manual execution. They can now be triggered the moment a new product is created, helping teams reduce delays, avoid manual bottlenecks, and improve processing efficiency.

This new architecture also creates a scalable framework for future background processes.

Direct editing in the Review Changes screen

The Agent review workflow has also been improved.

When reviewing an Agent’s proposal, users can now edit the suggested changes directly from the Review Changes screen before approving them. This means that if an Agent’s proposal is almost correct, users can adjust it immediately instead of choosing only between accepting or rejecting it.

This helps streamline the review process and makes human validation faster and more flexible.

Clearer traceability with Show Editors

To improve transparency, the Show Editors option inside the PIM has been updated.

Users can now clearly identify when an Agent has created or modified product data. This makes it easier to track Agent activity and understand whether a change was made by a user, connector, or Agent.
