Supported features

Scope of the connector

• Regarding articles or items, it is possible to send the entire catalog of products, categories, and variants through the connector.

Multi-language

• Although Magento allows you to work in multiple languages through different Store Views, the connector is designed to send only one language at a time. We recommend configuring as many Magento connectors as languages you want to sync.

Unsupported features

The connector allows you to synchronize your catalog in Sales Layer, but some functions are not possible through the connector:

• Bundles: although Magento has this feature, the connector does not allow product bundles to be sent in this way.
• Attribute creation: it is not possible to create this type of field directly from the connector. To synchronize custom fields, they must have been previously created in Magento so they can later be mapped in the connector.
• Downloadable products: the connector does not allow synchronization of this type of product from Sales Layer.
• If you customize the tables by removing a column or table manually or through an external plugin, the connection with Sales Layer may not work correctly.
• To work in multiple languages, you will need to configure as many Magento connectors as languages you want to synchronize.
