Why aren’t my images synchronizing?
Images cannot exceed 20 megapixels in Shopify. If this happens, you can change the image output size in the connector and select a smaller size, such as IMD.
What happens if I modify an item’s handle? Will it affect SEO?
When you modify an item identifier, the data in Sales Layer is updated, but no automatic redirection is created from the old URL to the new one. To keep the redirection, you need to create it manually in Shopify following Shopify’s own instructions.
What happens if I deactivate the connector while a synchronization is in progress?
If the connector is deactivated, or if an update is launched while the synchronization is running, the current synchronization stops. When the connector is activated again, a new synchronization starts.

How can I know if the synchronization finished successfully?
In the Sales Layer connector, after the first synchronization, a synchronization register becomes available. From there, you can review the general synchronization status and also the status of each item sent to Shopify.
