Supported features

Scope of the connector:

• Regarding articles or items, it is possible to send the entire catalog of products, categories, and variants through the connector.

Multi-language:

• Note that although Magento allows you to work in multiple languages through different Store Views, our connector is designed to send only one language at a time. So we recommend that you configure as many Magento connectors as languages you want to sync.

Unsupported features

The connector allows you to synchronize your catalog in Sales Layer, but some functions are not possible through the connector and you should keep in mind:

• Bundles: Although Magento has this feature, the connector does not allow the sending of bundles of products in this way.
• Attribute creation: it is not possible to create this type of field from the connector directly. To synchronize the custom fields, they must have been previously created in Magento for later mapping them into the connector.
• Downloadable products: the connector does not allow synchronization of this type of product from Sales Layer.
• Remember:
  • if you perform a customization on the tables, removing a column or even a table, manually or through an external plugin, the connection with Sales Layer may be unsatisfactory.
  • to work in multiple languages you will have to configure as many Magento connectors as languages you want to synchronize.
