Plugin Tools

The Sales Layer plugin offers a set of tools that you can use whenever you need them, more specifically when it comes to analyzing problems, detecting errors, and managing logs.

To access these tools, go to “Sales Layer” in your Magento store and then select the “Tools” option where you will find the following list:

Information Pre-load: To load all the information of the currently configured connectors and update the Sales Layer multi-connector table with this information. This table is used to maintain the Sales Layer connector IDs and their correlation with the items included in each of them so that in case, you disable an item in one connector if it is still active in another, it will not be disabled in Magento. Currently, the synchronization keeps this table updated, but in case, the table is deleted, you could restore it with this button. 

Download Sales Layer Logs: download the logs in a Zip file.

Remove Sales Layer Logs: remove the logs from your Magento servers.

Remove Sales Layer indexes: To remove Sales Layer credentials indexes in the attribute tables. These are the Sales Layer key fields described in the Credentials section under the Magento configuration.

Delete Sales Layer items pending process: To delete Sales Layer items pending processing. This tool can be useful when identifying problems in the middle of a synchronization.

Delete unused images: In case you need to delete unused images. Unused images are all unrelated ones. Unrelated images are the result of modifying the Sales Layer-Magento connector configuration when trying to remove images from items.
