FAQs about Pricing and Usage Limits

Modified on Mon, 26 Oct at 12:00 PM

1. How can I choose the most suitable plan?

The plan you need mainly depends on the volume of requests your integration makes and how frequently you need to synchronize information.

Some factors that may affect your API usage include:

  • Catalog size: the number of products, variants, and data records you need to retrieve or update.
  • Synchronization frequency: an integration that runs several times a day may consume more requests than one that runs once a day.
  • Number of integrations: if multiple systems use the API, the total number of requests may increase.
  • Synchronization type: retrieving only modified data can reduce the number of requests required.

If you are unsure which plan you need, you can start with the free Trial to evaluate your integration's API usage and then choose the pack that best suits your needs.

2. Does my catalog size determine which plan I need?

Not necessarily.

Request consumption does not depend solely on the number of products in your catalog. It also depends on how your integration is developed and how frequently requests are made.

For example, a large catalog with infrequent synchronizations may consume fewer requests than a smaller catalog that synchronizes continuously.

3. How does the free Trial work?

The Trial allows you to start using API 2.0 free of charge.

It includes:

  • 3,500 requests every 7 days.
  • A rate limit of 10 requests every 10 seconds.
  • Up to 2 active API Keys.

The Trial has no fixed expiration date, so you can continue using it as long as your consumption remains within the included limits.

It is primarily intended for testing and evaluating your integration requirements.

4. Can I change my plan if I need more capacity?

Yes. You can start with one plan and upgrade to a higher-capacity plan as your usage requirements increase. If you need higher limits than those included in the standard packs, you can explore the available Enterprise plan options.

5. What happens if I use multiple API Keys?

All API Keys within your account share the same request quota.

6. Do I need a different API Key for each integration?

It is not mandatory, but using separate API Keys allows you to better organize and manage access for each system.

7. What happens if I need more API Keys than my plan includes?

If you need to manage a larger number of integrations, you can contact our team to discuss the available options for your account.

With the Enterprise plan, the number of API Keys is determined based on the agreed integration requirements.
