- Work without opening several tabs in the same account: it is important to keep in mind, that this may affect changes saved to items, forms, or connectors.

- If you work in Excel or edit mode, you should ensure that, when you edit, the changes are saved. To do this, it is necessary, to confirm that the platform has saved these changes.
- Each user and their credentials must be managed on an individual basis. Avoid logging in to the same user account on different devices, at the same time to prevent a potential loss of data.
- Specialized work on connectors should be properly organized. If two users log in at the same time, they may cause a loss of data and the loss of other users’ work.
- The Sales Layer formula system supports a moderate logic complexity. If you need to configure a formula involving several cases, that increase its complexity, such as simultaneous access to several tables, it is advisable to divide them into different fields.
- To correctly set up formulas, it is important to be direct about where to place them. It is recommended that they be located in a field that, is not associated with any of the PIM (empty field).
