The platform offers a powerful feature to improve your product descriptions using Artificial Intelligence. This tool suggests alternative, more complete, and detailed descriptions, which you can then modify to suit your needs.

To get started, click the wand icon in the Product Description field.

Key details

• Field availability: Currently, this feature is available only for the Product Description field.
• Empty fields: If the Product Description field is empty, AI generates content from scratch using data from other product fields.
• Existing text: If a description already exists, AI enriches it based on the current text’s quantity and quality.
• Content limits: Generated descriptions can be up to 5000 characters and support HTML formatting.
• AI version: This feature is based on an initial version of OpenAI and will continue to improve in future updates.
• Usage: Users have 20 free uses. Additional uses can be purchased through Sales Layer’s contact channels.

Managing generated text

Once AI generates a description, you have full control over the result.

You can:

• Apply the generated text to your product description.
• Discard it if you prefer the original text.
• Regenerate a new version if needed.
