E-Commerce Configuration

In this section, you must obtain your API key, and API token that are needed in the following steps.

In order to do this, you must follow the detailed steps described in this link: https://developers.vtex.com/vtex-rest-api/docs/getting-started-authentication

When creating the AppKey, you must verify the credentials. So, when you are inside the Application keys menu, adding its roles, you should make sure to have at least the configuration indicated in the Edit role page (you can access it here by clicking on “See more” option from the role in the first image):

After this, the AppKey and AppToken mentioned in VTEX, correspond to API key and API token in Sales Layer, respectively.

Before continuing to SL configuration, it will be necessary to create at least one Warehouse in your VTEX store. Follow the steps detailed in this link to do so: Create Warehouse in VTEX
