Supported and unsupported features
The connector's scope includes catalog integration features but it has some specific considerations to keep in mind. In particular:
Not supported features
- Two-direction synchronization is not supported. Changes made in BigCommerce are not propagated to Sales Layer.
- The connector does not guarantee support for mapping fields created by third parties. Currently, we are working with shipper HQ.
- The connector does not support multi-language configurations as BigCommerce stores support only one language.
- The connector does not support sending metafields.
Multi-storefronts
- Clients must have an Enterprise account in BigCommerce to use the Multi-storefront feature.
- Clients without an Enterprise account in BigCommerce can still configure one single storefront.
