Supported and unsupported features

The connector's scope includes catalog integration features but it has some specific considerations to keep in mind. In particular:

 

Not supported features

 

  • Two-direction synchronization is not supported. Changes made in BigCommerce are not propagated to Sales Layer.
  • The connector does not guarantee support for mapping fields created by third parties. Currently, we are working with shipper HQ.
  • The connector does not support multi-language configurations as BigCommerce stores support only one language.
  • The connector does not support sending metafields.
